- What counts as a conversation?
- One visitor's chat, however many messages it takes. We'd rather a buyer asked a dozen questions and booked a test drive than count every message.
- What happens if we go over?
- You'll never get a surprise bill. If a month's conversations run out, Showrunner keeps greeting buyers and taking their details for your team, and full answers switch back on at the start of the next month. Want more room sooner? Move up a plan whenever it suits.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month. If Showrunner isn't earning its keep in leads, you can leave whenever you like.
- Do prices include GST?
- Prices are shown without GST: 15% in New Zealand, 10% in Australia.
